We're inviting you to share archival images of Lebanon, its people, culture, and historical moments. We will make sure our team gets back to you as soon as possible. Selected images will be posted on our archival page.
Ta’ala’s Archival Gallery is a curated collection of historical photographs and visual materials documenting Lebanon’s places, people, architecture, and cultural life. We make every effort to feature images that are either in the public domain, explicitly licensed for reuse, or published with permission from the relevant rights holder or archive. Each image is accompanied by information about its source and known rights status. Where applicable, we provide the name of the photographer, archive or collection, date, source, and applicable license or rights statement.
About Copyright
The fact that an image is historical or available through an archive does not necessarily mean that it is free of copyright. Ta’ala Studio does not claim ownership of archival materials unless ownership is specifically indicated. Images identified as Public Domain may be used without obtaining copyright permission, subject to any applicable rights or restrictions. Images made available under a Creative Commons license are used according to the specific terms of that license. Other images are included only where Ta’ala has obtained the necessary permission or where the applicable rights statement permits our use. Please do not assume that an image displayed in this gallery is available for reproduction simply because it appears on our website.
We aim to provide accurate attribution and source information for every image. If you believe an image has been incorrectly attributed, or that you hold rights to an image displayed here, please contact us at contact@taalastudio.com. Please include the image title or page URL and information establishing your rights or preferred attribution. We will review the matter and, where appropriate, correct the attribution, update the rights information, or remove the image.
Ta’ala is committed to preserving and sharing Lebanon’s visual history while respecting the rights of photographers, artists, archives, and other rights holders.
